The following local contraindications will not always prevent treatment but your therapist will avoid the contraindicated area:
Cuts/Abrasions
Bruising/Swelling
Recent Scar tissue
Sunburn
Undiagnosed lumps/bumps
Please seek medical advice prior to booking an Tint treatment if you have any of the following. Medical permission in writing would need to be obtained:

Hypersensitive skin
Blepharitis
Conjunctivitis
Stye
Swelling/Bruising
Watery eye
A patch test is required for all tint treatments at least 48 hours prior to first appointment, if it has been longer than 6 months since your last tint treatment or if your medical circumstances have changed
A patch test for waxing can be carried out if you are concerned about skin sensitivity
Eyebrow Waxing/TweezingAvoid hot showers/baths/sauna/steam room/sunbed or swimming pools for 24 hrs
Do not apply any perfumed or self tanning products to the waxed area
Eyelash/Eyebrow Tinting
If any redness or irritation occurs apply a damp cotton wool compress. If this doesn't help seek medical advice
Avoid eye make-up for 12 hours
Avoid touching/rubbing your eyes straight after the tint application
Avoid hot showers/baths/sauna/steam room/sunbed or swimming pools for 24 hrs
Strong UV light can fade tint quicker
Tint will fade over several weeks
