Metal filings
Any areas of surgical, invasive or ablative procedures in the treatment area before complete healing
Varicose Veins (avoid body treatments)
Broken capillaries
Rosacea
You may need to reschedule if you any of the following relates to you:
Pregnancy (must wait until after 6 week check-up)
Cancer (Must wait until remission for 6 months)
Chemical Peels (wait 4 weeks if peel was stronger than 20%, 1 week for a light peel)
Microdermabrasion (wait 1 week)
Roaccutane, Isotretinoin or Retin A (wait 6 months after treatment stops)
Microblading (wait 4 weeks)
Skin needling (wait 2 weeks for needling up to 0.5mm, 4 weeks if above 3mm)
Waxing (wait 24 hours)
Laser/IPL (wait 4 weeks)
Lip Bleaching (wait 72 hours)

A consultation and patch test must be booked at least 24 hours prior to first treatment
Avoid exercise on the day of treatment
Stat hydrated before treatment
If you have a beard - please shave the night before ( or at least a few hours prior to appointment).
Do not wear heavy make-up for 12 hours
No swimming, no facial waxing and no exercise for 24 hours
No sauna, sun beds or sun exposure. No botox, collagen injections or dermal fillers for 48 hours
Do not use any anti ageing creams, AHA's, glycolic, retinol or exfoliating products for 72 hours
At all times during a course of collagen lift:
wear minimum SPF 15, exposure to sun should be avoided. (UV is the number one external factor that accelerates the ageing process).
Regular moisturiser applications are vital to replenish moisture and prevent the skin from becoming dry and peeling.
If skin feels hot, splash with cold water, pat dry and moisturise regularly with a gentle, hydrating moisturiser.
Skin may appear red after treatment, especially if it is your first treatment. This is perfectly normal and any redness will generally subside within 72 hours.
